A Braeside logistics operator with three connected warehouse buildings called us after their insurer flagged line marking deficiencies across the full estate. The buildings had been marked at different times by different contractors. Each had used slightly different colour conventions and line widths. Staff moving between buildings were confused. The insurer had flagged it as a safety liability and given them 60 days.

We assessed all three buildings together, proposed a single unified colour convention — yellow forklift lanes, white pedestrian zones, red fire equipment demarcation — and quoted the full scope as one job. Completed over four nights. The insurer accepted the completion documentation and cleared the risk flag.

Braeside is a tightly held industrial suburb tucked between Moorabbin Airport and Mordialloc Creek. Long-standing owner-occupiers and long-term tenants mean facilities that have been there for decades with accumulated marking history — multiple contractors, multiple conventions, multiple layers.
