These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Line Marking Australia's ("we", "us", "our") services and website. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Line Marking Australia provides professional line marking services including but not limited to carpark marking, warehouse floor marking, road marking, and sports court marking across Australia.

2. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are fixed once a quote is accepted, unless site conditions differ materially from information provided.
• Additional work beyond the original scope will be quoted separately before commencement.
• GST is included in all quoted prices unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
• For projects over $10,000, a 50% deposit may be required before commencement.
• Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 2% per month on outstanding amounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend work if payment terms are not met.

4. Site Access and Preparation

• The client is responsible for providing safe and clear access to the work site.
• The site should be free from vehicles, debris, and obstructions during scheduled work times.
• Any existing markings requiring removal should be identified in the quote.
• We will notify you of any surface preparation requirements during the quoting process.

5. Weather and Delays

Line marking work is weather-dependent. We cannot apply markings in wet conditions or when rain is forecast. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to adverse weather without penalty. We will communicate any weather-related delays promptly.

6. Warranty and Quality Guarantee

• All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion.
• Materials carry manufacturer warranties as applicable (typically 3-7 years depending on product).
• Warranty does not cover damage from vehicle traffic, chemical spills, or third-party actions.
• For warranty claims, contact us within 7 days of noticing an issue.

7. Compliance

All work is performed in accordance with relevant Australian Standards including AS/NZS 2890.1 (Parking Facilities) and AS 1742.2 (Traffic Marking). We hold VicRoads approval and carry $20M public liability insurance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages including loss of business or revenue.

9. Cancellation

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before scheduled work: No charge.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before: 25% of quote value may be charged.
• Cancellations after work has commenced: Full payment for completed work plus materials ordered.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos, and designs are the property of Line Marking Australia and protected by copyright laws. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

11. Disputes

Any disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to mediation before legal action. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
