Line Marking Naval Base

A logistics company at Naval Base needed their container yard and warehouse marked for improved efficiency. Heavy vehicle movements, container staging areas, and warehouse floor zones all required heavy-duty treatment capable of withstanding constant truck and forklift traffic.

We specified thermoplastic marking for external areas the most durable solution designed for constant heavy vehicle movements. The container yard received clearly numbered staging zones integrated with their tracking systems, allowing precise container positioning and faster retrieval times.

Truck circulation lanes were marked with bold directional guidance, separating inbound and outbound traffic flows. Loading dock zones included truck positioning guides for accurate reversing. Safety zones around mobile equipment and pedestrian exclusion areas were marked in high-visibility red.

Inside the warehouse, we applied industrial epoxy floor marking for storage bays, forklift lanes, and pedestrian walkways. All markings were colour-coded to their operational requirements and compliant with Safe Work Australia guidelines.

The facility now operates more efficiently with reduced container search times and improved safety compliance.
