A trade building materials distributor in Malaga called us about their showroom and warehouse. Their floor markings had been done seven years prior — forklift zones in the warehouse were unreadable, and the retail showroom floor had no pedestrian direction markings at all. A WorkSafe WA visit had noted both as improvement items.

The job had two distinct environments: an 8,000 square metre warehouse with high-cycle forklift traffic loading trade orders, and a 1,200 square metre showroom with customer pedestrian traffic. Different environments, different products, different requirements. Two-pack epoxy in the warehouse forklift zones. Quality waterborne with a UV-stable topcoat in the showroom. Completed over one weekend. The operations manager commented it was the first time the facility looked professional from the front door to the back dock.
