A Dry Creek manufacturing facility called us after their insurer flagged floor marking deficiencies during an annual risk review. The floor marking throughout the production zone was inconsistent — different line widths in different sections, yellow pedestrian zones where yellow forklift zones should be, and fire equipment demarcation absent in two bays. Three different contractors over twelve years, none of them coordinating with the previous scope.

We assessed the full 4,800 square metre production floor, documented every existing non-standard element, and proposed a unified scope that corrected the convention throughout. The client approved the layout drawing before we started. Completed over two nights. Insurer accepted the completion documentation and cleared the risk flag.
